Frequently asked questions
How do I crop a photo to 8x10?
Upload the photo, choose 8×10" (4:5), drag the box over the part you want to keep and download. You get a 2400 × 3000 px file at 300 DPI.
Why does my 4x6 photo get cut off when printed at 8x10?
4×6 is a 2:3 ratio and 8×10 is 4:5, so the shapes don't match. Cropping yourself lets you decide what gets cut.
Is the cropped image lower quality?
Cropping keeps the original pixels in the area you choose. The 300 DPI download resamples that area to the exact pixel size for the print.
